Privacy

The short version

This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social media trackers. If you email us, we keep your message so we can answer it. That is the whole of it.

Who this policy covers

This policy is issued by Evidentiary Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. It describes how the company handles information in connection with this website, evidentiarysolutions.com, and with correspondence sent to the company.

Our software is covered by its own privacy policy, which is published alongside the product. See evidentiary.app/privacy.html.

This website

We do not use analytics software, visitor tracking, cookies, advertising pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell, rent, or share visitor information, because we do not collect it.

As with any website, the server that delivers these pages may record ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, the page requested, and a browser identification string, in routine operational logs maintained by our hosting provider. We do not use those logs to identify individuals and we do not combine them with any other information.

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from our product site, evidentiary.app. Requesting a file from another server necessarily reveals your IP address to that server. If this concerns you, a content blocker will prevent those requests without affecting the substance of the page.

Email you send us

When you write to support@evidentiarysolutions.com we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to attach. We use it for one purpose: to respond to you and to keep a record of the exchange so that follow-up questions have context.

We retain support correspondence for as long as it is useful for support and business record-keeping, and we delete it on request where we are not required to keep it. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email to people who wrote to us for support.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send privileged, confidential, or client-identifying case material to us by email. We do not need your case data to help you, and we would rather not hold it.

Service providers

We use a small number of ordinary business service providers: a domain registrar, a website host, and an email provider. They process information only as necessary to provide those services to us. We do not disclose information to anyone else except where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.

Your choices

You may ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@evidentiarysolutions.com and we will act on the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we honour those requests regardless of whether a particular statute applies to us.

Children

This website and our software are intended for legal professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
