The company builds litigation support software for legal teams working on the Mac: exhibit handling, annotation, deposition synchronization, and courtroom presentation, engineered around how evidence is actually used under time pressure.
Our applications are Mac-native by decision, not by port. Interfaces follow platform conventions, files behave the way macOS users expect, and performance is tuned for Apple silicon rather than emulated on it.
Products are engineered to operate entirely on the practitioner’s own hardware. Case material is processed on the device, without cloud dependency, remote accounts, or telemetry, so that privileged information remains under the control of the firm that holds it.
Why Apple silicon
Trial work is unforgiving of latency. Large exhibit sets, high-resolution documents, and live presentation demand sustained performance on battery, in rooms with no guarantee of power or network.
Apple silicon changes what is possible on a machine that can be carried into a courtroom: unified memory for large document sets, hardware media handling, and thermal headroom that holds up across a full day of testimony. The company develops natively for that architecture instead of treating it as one more compatibility target.
Leadership
Dan Karanikis, Founder of Evidentiary Solutions LLC is a 20+ year veteran in the Litigation Support industry.
Frustrated with the stagnation of the software options available and their lack of innovation to push the industry beyond the archaic ways things have been done for 2 decades, he decided to re-think how the technology is used to simplify all aspects of what is needed in day to day trial use, fully utilizing the technical advancements that all other software offerings have been neglecting.
That experience sets the company’s priorities. Features earn their place by surviving contact with a real trial calendar, and anything that adds friction in front of a jury does not ship.
Our first product: Evidentiary
Evidentiary is the company’s first commercially released application: a Mac-only trial presentation and litigation support suite covering deposition synchronization, clip and designation management, impeachment, exhibit handling, and presentation to a jury display. It is published by Evidentiary Solutions LLC and is coming soon to the Mac App Store.
